And welcome to the visitor from Minneapolis, even if you’re using Internet Explorer. I won’t even go into detail about the roast.
Tomorrow is Mercuralia, and I’m determined for it to be a turning point. No more crap luck, the tide of luck is turning in my direction. And not just for me, for all of us. The mire of a badly aspected Saturn can’t hold us for much longer.
And cookies!
Lots and lots of cookies!
Buy me a beer!

Happy Mercuralia! Boo to bad aspects and yay to cookies!
Found chocolate chip cookies in our vending machine at work and had two big fat cookies in honor of Mercuralia!
How’d your homemade (and surely much tastier) cookies turn out, Che?
I am, even as we speak (type, whatever) baking said cookies. First batch just came out, and they are yummy tasty.
I somehow doubt Don will appreciate their cheesecakey goodness, but you never know. I did a chicken today with a sweet and spicy dry rub, and he actually liked it. Of course, I didn’t tell him there were herbs in it.
*shudder*… herbs….
No, not HERBS! Say it ain’t so!!! Herbs… Oh, the humanity. Food that tastes good based a clever mixture of nature’s bountiful goodness!?! NOOOO!
Best not to tell Don.
Jealous of the chicken AND the cookies!
Yeah, I was going to do chicken with herbs de provence, but that woulda sent don right over the edge.
