Writergirl and happygirl both suggested I do a tarot reading to see if I should or shouldn’t close down the Shattered Prayer. And so I did.
Che (thats me) asked: Should I shut down the Shattered Prayer?
Seven of Cups, Three of Swords and the King of Coins indicated a pretty heavy no. Shutting down the Shattered Prayer would cause grief and a sense of loss (3 of swords), and would be a simple yet cowardly solution to a complicated problem (seven of cups). Instead I should put some additional work into it (King of Coins).

Well, although I think Tarot cards can be a bunch of hooey, even though I learned how to read them long ago at your urging, and I kept a deck in a silk patch for years, and once let a guy do a reading for me while he was nude (I didn’t care what the reading said, I was just looking forward to the nude part), I have to say that reading you did for the Shattered Prayer was the best reading I’ve ever seen.
Anyone ever worked with the Fey deck?
Well, i’m not working with a full deck, and R the P is pretty fey….
…but in all seriousness, I’ve not used that deck? Have you? I enjoy hearing about people’s experiences with various decks. I’ve used the Thoth deck for over 25 years. I created the noumenal tarot for my own personal use, and just recently I’ve found the golden tarot to be very user-friendly, and also the Prague Tarot, though it seems a little overly positive sometimes. The Archeon Tarot is pretty evocative, but I had to give mine a good cleansing - my readings with it were dire. After the cleansing they were more balanced.
I like a deck with good balance, not too dark and not too fluffy (no-fluff zone!).
I do like fairies… hmmm… not sure “like” is the right word. Lets just say I’m drawn by otherworldly magic. And this includes fairies.
But I’ll definitely check out the deck, thanks!
