So the night before the blogathon, my niece decides to have a friend over for a sleepover. Yeah, thats all I need. The high-pitched sound of giggling pre-teen girls is not exactly conducive to sleep.

On the other hand, a couple of shots of whiskey is.

So I did, in the end, get some sleep. Though I had some weird dreams.

Last year, I didn’t sleep at all before the blogathon. The blogathon for me was more like 40 hours long rather than 24.

So, what are people watching on the TV for this blogathon? Inquiring minds want to know.

I figure I’ll watch the sci-fi channel all day. Those movies are godawful, but they make for some invigorating background noise.

I’m also keeping the iTunes on random-play. You’ll see my random track every 30 minutes. It could get amusing, considering some of the embarassing crap I have on my iTunes.

Snack of the moment: More Coffee (and Zantac)
Random Track of the moment: Maria Callas - Habanera

Don’t forget free Blogathon Tarot readings are available.

I’ve got the Godfather Part 2 on on AMC tv. Caught bits and pieces of part 1 as I rolled my eyes in and out of sleep.
And flipping over to the Tour de France which has been so scandal ridden that I’m over it now.
