My cats are seriously angry with me now. I’ve definitely interrupted their schedule.
Cleto sez: “Its no fun playing with the rattly mice in the middle of the night, unless it wakes you up!”
Bea sez: “Its my sleepy-time. You know I can’t sleep unless its right next to your head, so that my relentless purring keeps you awake all night.”
Poor kitties. They’ve been deprived of their right to torment me in my sleep.
Snack of the moment: Ice water
Track of the moment: Type O Negative - Paint it Black.
If you’re wondering if I have three-dozen covers of Paint it Black on my hard-drive, the answer would be yes.
Buy me a beer!

crap! i’ve been forgetting i can stream music!
There’s not too many species that can go against nature.. humans are uniquely silly in that!
But with Bea and Cleto protesting like this.. It could only mean they’ve settled in pretty well.
Reading the cards? Read the cats!
Speaking of cats..
There was this article in my newspaper yesterday about a cat living in a pensioners home.
Whenever one of the occupants was about to pass on, the cat spends the last remaining hours on their sides. Comforting. And looking at the staff like telling them what is about to happen. They now go by the cat and call relatives according to the cats’ findings.
It has been published in a renowned bio-medical magazine; which to the writer of the article, was first time anything like this was published.
i wrote a haiku about that this past haiku thursday!
“oscar, the death cat -
benevolent oracle
or psychic killer?”
of course, you won’t SEE this, because your blog filter is suddenly frightened of me. after all we’ve been through together, filter! *shakes fist* why do you betray me thus?
I saw that article. I thought it was great - posted it on Noumenal News.
Wouldn’t want to see that cat coming toward me though.
Haha, your cats sound like great pets to have around. hehe!
