Well we’re winding down to the final posts. Will I be back next year? I’m certainly going to try.
An hour and a half to go. Will I make it? Will my cats take their wrath out upon me?
Stay tuned.

You’ll be back. Forget it Che; it’s you’re nature to always come back.
Woef, woef!
im in ur spam filter, cloggin it up.
*POUT*
you’ll make it.
Yep, I’m a resilient sort.
shh…
today, i’ve secretly replaced the spam filter’s regular coffee with cyanide - that is, folger’s crystals.
let’s watch.
Che, glad to hear you’ve made down to the wire and gotten yourself a cold shower.
I got up to see in the final bit…
I know you’ll do it next year too. You can do anything. Nobody and nothing stops Che.
don’t tell your spam filter, but… steff here.
i just got my horoscope emailed to me (i have a friend who seems determined that i know what it is - sometimes), and it laughed quite maniacally, i’m afraid.
it says: “ARIES (March 21-April 19). Afternoon events cause you to do a double take. It’s now strikingly apparent that your life is no solo act. It’s a collaboration between you and the universe. And the less you do, the better.”
heh.
now, i hope this posts. *crosses fingers*
Hey Mojo! Hooray for catching the final bit. I’m afraid it won’t be too exciting, but hey, you’re here!
Hey Che! I don’t need exciting. At this point, I’m impressed you’ve made it through the wee hours of the morning. Now you’re in the home stretch. I’m her until 9, so if you need me to do anything other than comment, I’m your man.
Oh, but don’t expect exciting from me either. I’m always a bit groggy for the first hour or so after I get up. In fact, you have Puss to thank for my getting up. I set my alarm for 0700 but switched if off, I guess. Puss screamed at my around 0740 to get up and feed her RIGHT NOW! That too some time, as we chop up meat for her, but then I was pleased she had forced me awake so I could see the final hours of the ‘thon!
Hi Mojo!
Sorry for the typos: groggy.
Hey Bas! Glad to see you’re here helping keep Che awake.
YOU’RE groggy? Don’t wanna hear it.
my head hurts myeyes are watery, I can barely stayawake. But I’m still here.
I’m going to bed once I post the last blog, so be warned. I’m going to zoom out of here.
Everyone has been a big help. Ya’ll have been terrific. couldn’t have done it without you.
I assumed you were well BEYOND groggy, Che. Somewhere into hallucinatingly nutty. Look at it this way: It sucks now, but sleep will be great! I know. I had a few of these nights during my dissertation.
Oh, I assumed you’d be in the bed straight away. Do you have to make a post at 0900 as your last post?
Better feed the cats first Che! You won’t get a chance at sleeping otherwise
Did Sammy take over at any point? If I missed that, I’m going back to find it!
HAHA- Good point, Bas. Feed cats at 0855, post at 0858, sleeping at 0859…
Yeah, 9am is my last post. Woohoo!
And snack of the moment: tea and zantac.(isn’t that how I started out)
Track of the moment: silence (think I started out with that too)
I’m back again but have to leave to meet my friend for breakfast.
You’ll soon be there, Che!
Haha… Zantac. I used to take that. Now they have me on something stronger.
Thanks for hanging out Shelley! You’re amazing!
Have a good breakfast!
Awesome, Shelley. You’re going to breakfast with a person after all the blogathoning?! Sweeet.
I could go for some pancakes right now myself. But, alas, too lazy to get out of bed and no one to go with anyway… Enjoy!
i TRIED to hang out. *sniff* i tried, i tell you!
stupid filters.
yeah feeding the cats first is wise. Mine have spent the last hour or so attacking anything they could. Well it was the kitten doing it and the other three grown cats running for cover.
And earlier, while I was lying down, my one cat, Zoe, ran across my head to avoid being too near the fans.
Crazy critters
They will torment you if you don’t feed them.
They will murder you in your sleep if you dont feed them.
Mine would anyway.
You think when they lick you its love, but really they’re just tasting you.
Hey Shelley!
Do have a nice breakfast there!
Thanks for the sponsor, Mojo!
HAHA good point, Che. Tasting us to see if we’re too gamy to eat. Feed them or die. I only rest easily because our poor ol’ kitty is toothless. That’s not to say I couldn’t be shredded and gummed to death…
No problem. Last minute sponsoring is fun to push the numbers up as a boost…
