Now that is my kinda Bible Study!

"Now class, today Marc is going to play the part of the serpent. Who wants to play Eve?"

"I will! I'll take a bite from his Tree of Knowledge any time!"

In case you are wondering, I don't know any "Marc"s, but it sounded like the kind of name a Nudie Butt Bible Studier would have.

At least in my world.

I'd go to bible study if I could get a lap dance and a soft-hand massage at the same time.

Georgia. The place with signs on the interstate for Bible study and for soft hand massages at the Bare as you Dare Nudie bars.

If only they could be at the same location.

And I wouldn't miss Dr. Who!

Thank nudie bars for Tivo!

Oh, THAT kind of massage. Well, they have signs for 'soft hand massage' in WR-area now. They even have 'asian, latino, and swedish' ... something. They don't say. They just state those ethnicities; or are they types of massage? What would a latino massage include? Beans and rice? Or will it have massagers (GA name) with bigger hands to handle larger latino penises?

It's all so confusing in GA to figure which nudie bar or massage parlor to go to! I suppose one would have to bring their own prescription for anti(clap)biotics.

Too true. I couldn't even tell ya where my old comic-book store used to be.

Somewhere in Warner Robins, in a very run-down area of town, not too far from a chinese restaurant and a massage parlor. And not the new-agey, healthy kind of massage, but the kind of "massage" that'll render one broke and with a nice case of the clap.

Yeah, there are a few now-closed stores in the NYC area which have elicited a similar response from Richard. But there is nothing like the comforts of youth to bring out the truly wistful tones.

But I wasn't talking about the trip to the comic-book store, which is a given with Richard, and was fun, especially when R the P started making the propieter do special things for him. (<i>special</i> things). Oh, and the fact that R the P scored the Lois-loves-Lucifer issue is just super!

But I'm talking about when we were riding down Vineville and R the P pointed to a shopping center, and said in a wistful voice, "And thats where the comic book store used to be".

I expected Angels to start singing any moment, and a light to shine down from the heavens and illuminate the sacred place.

Yeah, I sometimes do wish I could haggle, especially after the fact. If I think a meal is subpar, then why not haggle to get the price reduced? I mean I have done that in extreme circumstances, but doing it every time would ensure better meals and better service.

Wow, good luck with that 'cold front' coming in Monday. 95 degrees. That's about as hot as it gets here and that's only maybe 10 days out of the year. Dear gods, I'm just not used to that misery.

Yes, I too had a great time, and that highly emotional moment of the former comics store location is one I have been fortunate enough to have numerous times. In fact, I don't think there has been a city to which we've traveled that Richard hasn't located a comics store, sometimes in an adjacent city. There are no lengths to which Richard won't go to bring back that comic book store feeling.

I love the fact that my mother sort of just kind of makes her own prices for certain things. I think we all should do that. In fact I think we should bring back the days of haggling. Haggling invites socialising, a conversation is involved, a verbal exchange, not just a monetary one. Bring back the haggling I say.

Well, the weathermen all say that by Monday, the temp may drop down into the mid-90s. You know we're in bad shape when 95 degree weather sounds brisk and refreshing. But it does!

And I know you and R the P just enjoyed the scorching and relentless heat so much.

I did have a fun time Monday night, despite the heat. Especially that touching and emotional pilgramege to the site where 'the comic-book store used to be'. still brings a tear to my eye.
