Also, Mojo said McKean is the only comic book artist that he actually remembers the name of because he likes it so much.

I go on and on about how I love George Perez, hate Don Heck (Don Hack more like!), think Rob Liefield is too scritchy, and Mojo’s eyes just glaze over. But McKean he knows from Sandman covers and likes them.

(I’m sure Don Heck is a lovely person, but his artwork is just not to my liking.)

I can see why you would like his work. It reminds me of some of the things I’ve seen you produce. But you have very different styles. Never know what to expect from the artistic mind of Che.

Hey, what’s the idea of totally sussing me out on my Cryptonomicon evasion! Well, I did actually read about 5 pages before giving up. I’m not known for my patience, unfortunately.

Eventually, I’ll get around to it, and I’ll add the Baroque Cycle as well… By the time I’m 55 I should have them both read.

Erm… didn’t you read Cryptonomicon? Or did you just buy it, look at the size of it, and pick up some smaller book? heh.

I also recommend the baroque cycle…. all 7 billion pages of it.
