2 ounces simple syrup or 3 teaspoons sugar
1/2 lime
10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup fresh ice
splash of bitters
1 1/2 ounce Rum
2 ounces club soda
a dash of curare
1 sprig of mint for garnish
1 lime wedge for garnish
Juice half the lime into the BLENDER, blend all the ingredients, pour into a tall glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime.
