I love asparagus, though it is a crime to admit that in this household. However, I intend to try this when no one is looking. I found this at Meals for You (who the hell else would they be for?)

  • 1 lb. asparagus, stem ends trimmed
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 3 egg yolks
