My friends have left me alone to face the night. They sleep, sound as kittens, snug in their beds, while I dine on cheap generic yoghurt and douse myself with cold water to await the rising of a hesitant sun.

Good gods this yoghurt is bad.

I’m not sure what I’m expected to write this time of the morning. My cats are looking at me like I’m crazy. Perhaps I am.

I used to collect Tarot Decks. I think its pretty obvious from my posts that I love Tarot. I love divination with the Tarot, I love using the Tarot for meditation, and I love the artwork. At one time, I had over 200 decks, some of them quite rare and valuable.

I was searching for a title that would make a good name for a pub. I first conceptualised my blog as a ‘hangout’ where everybody knows your name. Kind of a dark moldy place but with a friendly, close-knit clientele.

I got the name from a random name generator. It just seemed to fit.
