Really depressing thing in the news today about Absinthe. Apparently it was about as exotic as Everclear. Nothing really psychotropic about it at all.
Apparently they found some really old (like a century) bottles that were had been unopened since before the ban. When they opened them and performed a chemical […]

So, it being Sunday an’all, and not a very good day for TV, I found myself watching the History Channel. I can see why Richard enjoys history so much. I watched a show about Stalin’s plan to create an army of monkey-men.
What I don’t understand is why Richard would rather read about pilgrims than […]

I’m referring to tonight’s episode of Supernatural, which no one around here watches but me, so why bother discussing it at all?
In the vain hope that some lone Supernatural fan will wander by and dispel my isolation.
My favorite line from tonight, “You know what you’ve gotta do. You’ve got to go be gay […]

Tonight on Ghosthunters, TAPS investigated the Goldfield Hotel in Goldfield, Nevada. Woohoo! Thats my hotel. The one that Steff is going to buy for me when she wins the lottery.
I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t spend more time in the basement, but overall it was a good investigation.

The latest release of ScribeFire: For those of you who aren’t using ScribeFire to blog, you should. You really should. The latest release kicks so much ass, it makes me want to start blogging again. So expect posts from me in the near future. They may not say much, but they’ll be posts.

A good night for TV. Sarah Jane, Dr who, and Battlestar Galactica.
Spoiler Alert.
I can’t stand Callie. I was so happy to see that stupid breeder bitch fly out the airlock, I nearly peed myself. Thank fuck we don’t have to hear her whining anymore. Woohoo! Big hug goes out to Tory Foster for […]

I never wrote about Michael’s story on Lost, so here goes. But something far more important is happening tonight. Sarah Jane Smith, erstwhile companion of the third and fourth Doctors (and who has been known to hang out with the tenth) has the U.S. premiere of her show tonight! I for […]

Once again, its time for Rob to share his wisdom with us. Me first, since its my death-day today:
What I hope you’ll achieve in the coming days is a state of mind like that described by Dan Linton, one of my readers. This is his report. “Last night I went to Wal-Mart with a […]

Sure, birthdays are lots more fun, but death-days are important too - at least for those of us who know when we’re gonna die (there are some drawbacks to being a prophet.)
Since Richard didn’t make a death-day post for me, I suppose I’ll have to do my own. I also had to bake my […]

I’ve done so much work today, that my work-finger has a blister. And thats really bad, considering my work finger is also my play-finger. I finally had to hook the mouse up to my laptop.
Its been vewwy vewwy qwiet today.

Just a reminder. Battlestar Galactica tonight.

Spring has sprung and the cherry trees are in bloom. And you know what that means. Yes, my allergies are exacerbated, but thats not what I’m referring to. I’m talking about the Cherry Blossom Festival. Hooray!
Yep, this is the time of year the entire town goes pink, and not in a good way.
I […]
